Francisco Larrea Naranjo has been promoted as Partner of Noboa, Peña & Tores Law Firm, effective March 1, 2023. Francisco works at the firm since 2014 and served as Director in charge of the Energy and Infrastructure practices.
Francisco is an expert in complex corporate structuring, advising in regulatory matters, project financing, local and cross-border M&A and other corporate transactions in the context of major projects. His practice focuses mainly in several sectors and indus- tries, with special emphasis in Oil & Gas and Energy projects and APP projects. His practice includes national and international liti- gation and arbitration within these fields.
Hence more, Francisco is a Professor at Universidad San Francisco de Quito, teaching two courses: one in Gestión Privada (Private Management) for the Administrative Law Master’s Degree Pro- gram, as well as Arbitration for the Litigation and International Arbitration Master’s Degree Program.
Francisco’s education started at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Ecuador, graduating as a Lawyer. He has a master’s degree in Cor- porate Law from Universidad San Francisco de Quito, and an LLM from Penn State University.
